WMZ Beauty Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to order fulfilment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact WMZ Beauty Customer Service via email at

All cancellation requests must include:

The order number, or

If the order number is unavailable, the customer’s full name, shipping address, and phone number

WMZ Beuaty is not responsible for delays in responding to email enquiries. If an order has already been fulfilled or dispatched at the time the request is reviewed, the cancellation request will be denied.
